Operations Manager / General Manager

Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for the Senior Management Team, all operations and execution of plan to produce high quality products as per customer demand, within budget, adhering to health and safety on site.

You will have excellent communication and leadership skills. As a people person you will manage, develop and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable senior management experience within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong and confident leader
• Proven track record of managing teams to deliver business targets
• P&L responsibility
• Commercial mindset
• Able to implement and manage change

Role

• Monday – Friday – site based
• Salary DOE, plus strong benefits package (incl. car allowance and bonus)
