Electrical Shift Engineer (Days only)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (days only – no night shift). Working hours 08:00–17:00 or 12:00–22:00.
Location: Central London, heritage building.
High Earning Potential: £50,000 – £60,000 plus overtime.

Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance of all HVAC plant.
- Executing electrical and electrical PPMs.
- Ensuring all statutory building compliance is upheld.
- Investigate and report on issues with BMS systems.
- Carry out daily checks on plant and equipment and report issues to management.
- Attend call outs related to emergency breakdowns on other buildings on the contract when required.
- Communicate professionally with all levels and disciplines due to being a customer‑facing role.
Qualifications / Experience
- Qualified in building services maintenance.
- Electrical or electrical skills.
- Experience with shift work.
- Minor electrical repairs experience.
- Experience on large scale building services applications.
- Knowledge of BMS systems advantageous.
