Service Engineer

Overview
Covering the West London area, you'll buddy up with engineers on-site, replacing parts and keeping customer fleets moving with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
- Buddy up with an experienced service engineer and travel to clients.
- Swap out service‑ready components on electric vehicles as part of scheduled maintenance.
- Carry out changeovers on air conditioning, HVAC, refrigeration, and heating/cooling systems.
- Utilise a handheld PDA system for logging work, tracking tasks, and team communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a similar role – MOT tester, vehicle technician, mechanic, automotive technician.
- Mechanical or Electrical educated (IMI, FGAS, BTEC, HNC, degree desirable).
- Basic hands‑on experience with mechanical assembly (study, home projects, or work‑based).
- Ability to follow technical drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
