About The Role

As a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you’ll be hands‑on across all aspects of vehicle maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. You’ll be part of a busy, knowledgeable team, working on both everyday cars and high‑performance vehicles, ensuring everything meets main‑dealer‑level standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs

  • Diagnostics for engine, electrical, and sensor issues

  • Gearbox repairs, head gasket work, and general mechanical troubleshooting

  • Support MOT testing (qualification preferred)

  • Maintain accurate service and repair records

  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues on work progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 / Level 3 qualified (Level 3 preferred)

  • 5+ years’ experience in a busy automotive workshop

  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills

  • Experienced with gearbox repairs, head gaskets, and general mechanical work

  • MOT licence preferred (or willingness to train)

  • F-Gas certification advantageous

  • Professional, reliable, and a positive team player

  • Full UK driving licence
