As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide lead technical expertise across electrical design, surveys and project delivery. You'll work as part of a multi‑disciplinary construction team, delivering safe, compliant and cost‑effective electrical solutions from early design through to completion.
Key duties will include:
- Undertaking detailed electrical surveys of a wide range of properties.
- Producing designs, drawings and specifications for remedial and refurbishment works.
- Providing technical leadership across new build, maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Managing and delivering complex work packages, ensuring quality, cost and programme targets are met.
- Working closely with contractors, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supporting procurement, contract administration and CDM compliance.
- Contributing to service improvement, efficiency and best value delivery.
