This role is permanent and hybrid-based.
Overview
We’re working with an engineering company specializing in solving complex engineering challenges across industries—including Power Generation and Rail.
Responsibilities
This role is for a Mechanical Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Mechanical engineering support
- Periodic reviews of maintenance regimes and activities
- Scope, design, and propose modifications to existing assets or new facilities
- Maintaining the configuration of technical drawings and documentation
- Support the planning and execution of installation, commissioning and testing
Qualifications
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Foundation degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant mechanical engineering experience in a highly regulated industry
- Knowledge and awareness of mechanical systems
- Proficiency in the production of hand calculations/Mechanical maintenance
- Experience in the design process and producing evidence of the design and substantiation of systems and components
