Maintenance Engineer in B6, Nechells, City and Borough of Birmingham

A long established manufacturer is looking to strengthen its maintenance department with a Maintenance Engineer. Working from the manufacturing facility in Oldbury, the engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work in line with the schedule and processes.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance
• Mechanical/electrical breakdown cover for all activities on site
• Ability to read and understand both electrical and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of PLCs
• Knowledge of robots

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or similar appropriate qualification
