Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Aldgate
- Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 + Package

We're currently recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a premium residential development in Aldgate, working as part of a close‑knit team of four engineers. The Role
You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are running safely and efficiently.
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding across lighting and power systems
- Emergency lighting testing
- Supporting on AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
- Responding to resident requests in a professional manner
- Working closely with your team to maintain high site standards
What We're Looking For
- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Experience within commercial or high‑end residential maintenance
- Strong fault‑finding skills
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
