Project Manager (Mechanical)

What you'll be doing

Are you a mechanically biased project manager looking to deliver impactful projects in a unique environment? Join our PMST Projects team and help maintain and enhance the historic Parliamentary Estate, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Westminster.

You’ll lead mechanical‑focused projects from concept through to completion, working with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery. This role offers the opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise within a complex, live estate while supporting the ongoing operation of Parliament.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.

What we’re looking for

• A relevant qualification in mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent) or significant equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering mechanical or M&E projects, with knowledge of construction processes, CDM regulations and contracts.
• Experience managing contractors and consultants to deliver projects successfully.
• Confidence managing budgets, costs and change control.
