Maintenance Engineer (HIU)
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 plus training, reward schemes, loyalty bonus, overtime, company van, life assurance, private GP access and company bonus.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in HIU or similar to join our company. This role involves servicing and maintaining hydraulic, pumping, and pipework systems across a range of sites, including balancing, commissioning, and flow control activities. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on pressure vessels, pressurisation units, and HIUs, along with fault finding, producing accurate reports, and making technical recommendations. Responsibilities also include managing system drain downs and refills, replacing pumps and valves, servicing plate heat exchangers, and working within energy centres, large plant rooms, and building distribution systems.
The position requires a multi‑skilled background in building maintenance or domestic gas, preferred experience in Heat Interface Units, relevant qualifications, and a UK driving licence.
