Monitra Ltd is offering an opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity.
This is a pivotal role where you will act as the technical bridge between our solutions and our client base within the energy sector specifically in high voltage assets such as cables, transformers, switchgear and rotating machines.
Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Providing applied engineering expertise and technical guidance to existing and new customers.
- Interpreting specifications to design technical proposals and competitive pricing.
- Engaging with clients directly through on-site visits.
All staff are expected to work to company procedures at all times.
The candidate must have:
- A minimum degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent) with work experience, or to have worked in a similar field for 5+ years.
- Previous industry experience in producing tender proposal documentation and handling technical enquiries.
- Self-management of assigned projects.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
