Senior Consultant, HR Transformation, HR Reimagined

Qualifications and Success Criteria
- An understanding of the different elements of a HR Operating Model that can provide the HR services an organisation needs
- The ability to prepare materials for designing and delivering immersive client workshops to help shape HR Operating Model and HR Service Delivery design, including end‑to‑end process mapping to standardise, optimise and transform HR functions
- Ability to identify trends and work with the wider engagement team to refine opportunities for our clients to work differently in the future
- Experience of delivering as part of a team; e2e process documentation / design and facilitating of process localisation and documentation build workshops
- Insights around future HR capability requirements and/or career development through re‑skilling / training or job definition
- Developing detailed implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation and governance plans and managing project reporting as part of a team
- Ability to help clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale
- Experience or knowledge of the development of HR Shared Services, GBS or Outsourcing strategy/ value propositions and business cases for HR Transformation programmes
- An understanding of how people technologies can support HR functions, including core systems, experience platforms and case management tools
