National Account Manager

Blackburn (Hybrid, with travel when needed)

£41,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance

We are working with awell-established, design-led businesswithin the home interiors sector, seeking to appoint an experiencedNational Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join acreative, fast-paced organisation, taking ownership of key national accounts while driving growth and profitability.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing key national customer accounts
  • Driving sales, margin, and profitability across accounts
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Leading commercial negotiations and agreeing trading terms
  • Developing and executing account plans
  • Working cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing teams
  • Monitoring performance, forecasting, and managing budgets

About You

  • Proven experience in aNational Account Manager role
  • Strong track record of managing and growing major retail accounts
  • Commercially astute with experience in sales, margin, and P&L management
  • Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally experience withinhome, fashion, lifestyle, or creative sectors
  • Highly organised with strong communication and analytical skills
