The opportunity
We are building our commercial team and looking for a Senior SDR to join us in London. The role sits at the heart of our outbound pipeline, focused on generating qualified opportunities in the £80,000 to £500,000 contract value range. You will work directly with the Commercial Director, passing over well-qualified prospects for the team to close.
Your primary focus is generating qualified opportunities from organisations operating in premium offices, flexible workspaces, reputational venues, and similar environments where NuServe is a natural fit.
Day to day, that means managing a targeted database of prospects, running structured outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, conducting intelligent discovery conversations with FM directors and senior decision‑makers, and converting meaningful interest into formal pipeline, using Salesforce as a key CRM tool. You will own the journey from first contact through to Prospect‑to‑Opportunity conversion, at which point the Commercial Director takes the lead.
What We Are Looking For
You are likely to have come from a business development or SDR role in a B2B services environment, ideally facilities management, property services, or a related field. You are comfortable picking up the phone and having real conversations with senior people. You understand how FM procurement works, how decisions get made, and how to build familiarity over time without being pushy.
You are organised, consistent, and honest about where pipeline is genuinely building versus where it is not. You do not confuse activity with progress, but you also know that sustained, disciplined activity is what creates pipeline over time.
Equally important is the character you bring. NuServe is a values‑led, people‑first business. We want someone who fits that culture and represents us with warmth, credibility, and care. Someone who takes pride in the quality of their relationships, not just the quantity of their calls.
Performance and Targets
The expectation is a steady ramp into full performance over three to four months, reaching a target run rate of approximately 50 qualified opportunities passed to the Commercial Director per year. Activity targets, database size, and conversion metrics will be agreed at the start, with a structured ramp in place for the first quarter.
The single output KPI is P2O: Prospect to Opportunity. That is where your accountability begins and ends. What the business does with those opportunities is our responsibility to close.
