Deliver technical excellence, build trusted partnerships, and shape complex projects. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering expertise and commercial impact, this is an opportunity to step into a senior, client‑facing role where your technical judgement and relationship skills truly matter. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compliant, high‑quality asbestos and hazardous materials services while developing long‑term client partnerships and influencing business performance.

Purpose & Scope of the Role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients requiring asbestos surveys, air monitoring and associated hazardous materials services. The role combines strong technical understanding with commercial and account‑management capability, ensuring client requirements are accurately scoped, competitively quoted and delivered to agreed standards.

You will work closely with surveyors, analysts and project teams to coordinate delivery across a range of projects varying in size and complexity. Day‑to‑day, the role includes responding to technical enquiries, preparing detailed proposals, overseeing service delivery and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout each project lifecycle. Through accurate quotations, effective client retention and identification of new opportunities, the role plays a direct part in driving revenue and long‑term business performance.

Your Impact in this Position

In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, supporting informed decision‑making and building confidence in both services and outcomes. Your contribution will directly influence revenue through accurate, commercially sound quotations, effective account retention and the identification of new opportunities within existing and emerging client relationships.

In the short term, you will take ownership of established accounts while also having the autonomy to grow your own portfolio through your professional network. Over time, you will have the opportunity to shape service improvements, lead larger and more complex project portfolios, and extend your commercial influence. With exposure to major projects and strategic clients, the role supports longer‑term development into senior technical consultancy or leadership pathways, aligned to your professional interests.
