About the Role

You will will effectively support a professional service across a range of people management and development activities to designated departments, with a focus on managing employee relations cases and supporting all employee engagement, EDI and learning and development processes across the organisation.

Salary

£30,057.13 to £38,988.99 per year (depending on experience)

Contract

Fixed-Term Contract, 9-12 months Maternity Cover

Hours

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm

Location

Thurrock Hospice site (with flexibility to work remotely in line with Hospice policy)
