We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to negotiate sales, win instructions, support branch performance, and deliver excellent customer service while progressing toward a management-level position.
Join a highly successful independent estate agency covering Tooting and Streatham. This role offers the chance to step into a more senior position and manage day‑to‑day operations.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Conducting viewings and supporting valuations where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing the sales pipeline and progressing transactions
- Supporting the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day operations

- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Listing and valuation experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Well organised and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ambition to progress into a management role
