The HSBC Innovation Banking (“HINV”) legal function is embedded into the expanding UK business resulting in a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer to develop their in-house experience in a small team where there is a broad variety of work, opportunity for development and a culture that encourages innovation.

As Senior Counsel, you will report into the HSBC Innovation Banking General Counsel with specific responsibility to support HSBC Innovation Banking’s Strategic Funds Solutions team, a funds financing team critical to the UK innovation ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, invigorating and welcoming legal team at the forefront of helping UK’s founders and fund managers.

Our home office in Finsbury Square, London. We offer hybrid working to our employees, so you can flex between home and the office, with a current requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.
