Internal Sales Executive

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is recruiting for an Internal Sales position for an Electronics company. This role is a mix of new business development and existing business so if you love being on the phone, engaging with customers and securing orders, then this is the role for you!

Salary – £28,000 to £33,000 with annual company bonus. Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm (office based role).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups.
• Lead generating.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide quotations, chase all quotations until the order is placed.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, market trends and a good understanding of our competitors.
• Call dormant/lapsed customers to re‑engage.
