Your role
As a Trainee Manager, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning people‑management skills.
- Shadowing experienced managers and participating in coaching sessions.
- Developing the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Sales floor support – assisting in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met.
- Learning how to manage daily operations effectively.
- Sales development – building strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach.
- Gaining experience in upselling and cross‑selling luxury products.
Requirements
Qualifications & experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).
- Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
- Strong desire to learn and progress into management.
- Flexibility with regard to working hours.
