Crew Manager for Oban Lesbian+ Weekend

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and support volunteer crew
• Host pre‑event crew video calls
• Create and manage crew timetables
• Lead and support crew during the festival
• Support the Festival Manager with decisions, planning, and ideas

We’d love you to have

• Experience volunteering at or managing festivals/events
• Understanding that festivals are marathon, not sprint
• Experience within LGBTQ+ women’s communities, groups or events

Additional opportunities (not essential)

There may be extra paid work in admin, social media or website updates depending on your skills and availability.

Role details

Ideally Scotland‑based and able to attend some events before the festival, but this is flexible if you can visit Oban ahead of time. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about supporting and growing the queer women’s community and wants to be part of something special.

Pay / Salary

£13.50 per hour, plus accommodation at event and festival ticket
