Joinery Estimator - North West London (Park Royal)

Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for bespoke joinery packages and complete interior fit-out projects
- Analyse tender documents, specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities
- Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and supply chain partners to clarify scope and value-engineer where possible
- Produce detailed take-offs, pricing breakdowns, and tender submissions
- Support live projects with variations, cost control, and final account work
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator, Quantity Surveyor (estimator bias), or similar role within specialist joinery, bespoke architectural joinery, or high-end fit out
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to price complex, custom elements (e.g. feature joinery, FF&E integration, retail fixtures)
- Excellent understanding of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and installation
- Proficiency with estimating software/tools (and Excel mastery)
- Confident communicator with great negotiation skills
- Right to work in the UK
