Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve value for money.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the organisation’s objectives.
- Prepare and analyse procurement reports to inform decision‑making and ensure transparency.
- Support the Procurement & Supply Chain department in achieving operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping of all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
Qualifications
- A solid understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management within the Not For Profit sector.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing procurement‑related data and reports.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with policies.
