Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market share within the Hull and surrounding territories. This predominantly field-based role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting our comprehensive range of cylinder gases and associated products, and employing a consultative sales approach to secure new clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field sales or business development role.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively.
  • Commitment to adhering to all company policies, particularly those related to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.

Experience

6+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on business development and industrial product sales.
