Transport Coordinator – Redditch. Full-time, office-based.

Prestigious client is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy and friendly logistics team in Redditch. This is an office-based role (no hybrid), ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the movement of goods from A to B
- Keep customers updated on shipments in real time
- Ensure full control of tracking processes and resolve issues quickly
- Handle customer communication at the highest level
- Work closely with 1‑2 team members during night shifts
Ideal candidate
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
- Ideally some experience in transport/logistics
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Comfortable working in a small team during nights
Hours
- 4 on 4 Off Shift Pattern – 06:00am to 18:00pm (44 hrs per week, 1‑hour unpaid break) + 10% Shift Allowance/Bonus
- Training: 6‑8 weeks on day shifts Monday‑Friday (40 hrs per week)
