Initial training period (first 2 weeks): 07:30 - 17:00 | £14.32 per hour
After training (permanent shift): 18:00 - 03:00 | £15.34 per hour
About the Role
Our valued client, a well‑established and growing food manufacturing business based in Hull, is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join their team. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced production environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high product quality, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team on the production line.
- Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.
- Monitor line efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including QA and Engineering.
About You
- Previous experience in a Production Line Leader / Supervisor role.
- Experience within food manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach.
