Initial training period (first 2 weeks): 07:30 – 17:00 | £14.32 per hour

After training (permanent shift): 18:00 – 03:00 | £15.34 per hour

About the Role

Our valued client, a well‑established and growing food manufacturing business based in Hull, is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join their team. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced production environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high product quality, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team on the production line.
• Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.
• Monitor line efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments including QA and Engineering.

About You

• Previous experience in a Production Line Leader / Supervisor role.
• Experience within food manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach.
