The Role

Working as part of a large and friendly team you will be providing assistance on all aspects of training and compliance, supporting an exceptionally busy and growing team.

Due to significant growth in the department we are seeking an inspiring training and compliance assistant to support the manager. This is a varied role that requires someone who is keen with both face‑to‑face delivery of training sessions, but also ready for the next stage of their career and keen to embrace writing content and course material on areas identified for improvement as well as implementation of new processes and initiatives.

As an integral part of the team you will be keen to not only assist the manager with the day‑to‑day responsibilities, but will also be hands on in the improvement of processes and team development, ensuring all team members have the appropriate support and tools in order to achieve maximum performance. The ability to embrace positive change, naturally influence and work collaboratively with the team is essential.
