Data Entry and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a Data Entry and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at a busy and supportive college in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with strong attention to detail who is looking to develop experience within an education and compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of student and compliance records
- Monitoring and updating compliance documentation in line with college and regulatory requirements
- Supporting internal audits and compliance checks
- Liaising with staff to ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date
- General administrative support as required
About You
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience desirable)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and reliable approach to work
Experience
- Similar experience is preferred but not essential
- Candidates with strong administrative or data entry skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
