Change management is about preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals to adopt new processes, technologies, or organisational structures.
Our purpose is to partner effectively with all GPS teams so that the leading technology solutions built by our GPS Delivery colleagues are fully utilised by internal teams and our customers. We also own stakeholder management with Legal, Risk & Compliance and ensure governance supports enterprise change standards, given our regulatory responsibilities.
The Change Manager supports the delivery of change initiatives, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure business readiness and effective adoption of new processes, technologies, or organisational structures. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, governance, and adoption of change to realise business value.
