We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Adult Services Team at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, permanent basis.

As Senior Performance Analyst, you’ll help people make better decisions across Community Safety and Adult Safeguarding. Your focus will be to design and run a clear and reliable way of tracking performance for the Wokingham Borough Safer Communities Partnership Board. You’ll provide analysis that is timely, accurate and easy to understand, so it can be used to improve services and plan for the future.

As part of the Development and Insight Team, you’ll support the wider Adult Social Care directorate. You’ll work on a range of data and insight activity that helps teams understand how services are performing, manage risks, and keep making improvements.
