Role

You will be joining Eddisons\' Cost Consultancy team, which delivers projects across a wide range of sectors including Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Education, and Retail. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role at the forefront of these projects—managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and coordinate project teams on cost consultancy projects.
• Ensure successful delivery from inception through to completion.
• Contribute to project planning, cost planning, and value engineering as part of project teams.

Requirements

• A RICS‑accredited degree qualification or working towards one
• Ideally MRICS, or currently progressing towards chartership
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK construction consultancy
• Strong pre‑ and post‑contract experience
• A proven track record of running projects from inception to completion
