Our client is seeking an experienced Quality and Health & Safety Engineer to play a key role in keeping people safe, standards high, and quality front and centre across our UK operation.nnThe successful candidate will be passionate about quality, health & safety, enjoy working closely with people across the business, and want to make a genuine impact in a global organisation with a proud heritage!nnYou will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality management systems, supporting compliance with health and safety legislation, and promoting a positive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the business.nnWorking closely with operational, technical, and commercial teams, you’ll ensure our products, processes, and working environments meet both regulatory requirements and internal standards.nnWhat you’ll be doingnnMaintaining and continuously improving quality management systems and proceduresnnMonitoring product and process quality, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementnnInvestigating quality issues, incidents, and near misses, ensuring effective corrective actions are takennnSupporting internal and external audits and compliance activitynnDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies and proceduresnnConducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspectionsnnPromoting a positive health & safety culture through training, communication, and engagementnnProviding advice and guidance to managers and teams across the businessnnPreparing reports and updates for senior managementnnWhat we’re looking fornnProven experience in a quality, with good knowledge of health and safety, or a compliance focused rolennCapable of implementing ISO into our UK businessnnExperience working with quality management systems and audit processesnnRelevant qualification in Quality, Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related disciplinennExcellent attention to detail with a structured and methodical approachnnStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsnnAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlynnWillingness to travel within the UK as requirednnWhy Join Our ClientnnThis is an opportunity to join a global market leader with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence within its sector.
