Manpower are currently recruiting for class 2 drivers preferably with an ADR licence for our client based in Bilsthorpe Nottingham nn£16.00 – £16.50 per hour , 45 hours per week – temp to perm n 6am start nnADR work includes lead acid batteries, empty paint cans, and mixed fuels. You will complete an average of 4 to 7 collections per day, the role will include manual aspects such as cages and pallets.nnCollection of Wastes, including hazardous waste streams, to and from customers premises, to include – Batteries, Oil, Filters, plastics & other waste products for recycling.nnTo deliver both waste consignments and finished company products to customer sites.nnKey Duties to include nnSafe collection and delivery of all waste materials.nUsing all equipment in a safe manner and according to the company procedures, to carry out safety checks prior to and after use, reporting any faults/safety issues in timely manner and in accordance with the company procedures.nTo ensure waste is loaded correctly and safely and all spillages are cleared up immediately and reported.nTo adhere to ADR Regulations regarding the carriage of dangerous goods.nTo comply with legal requirements and Company policies whilst operating a company vehicle.nTo comply with all legal and Tachograph requirements.nTo adhere to all Company safety rules and current legislation.nTo check vehicle and report all incidents including damage prior to leaving site.nTo accurately complete all paperwork in a timely manner.nResponsible for daily vehicle checks and cleanliness of allocated vehicle maintaining company standards.nTo be a positive representative for the company at all times.nTo identify and communicate any additional customer requirements communicating to the line manager.nTo be the key point of contact for the customer when attending their site.nTo report any near misses, security and/or safety issues, at customer and client sites.nTo adhere to customer security, health and safety, and site rule requirements whilst operating at their sites.nAny additional duties as required.No DD or DR endorsements nnFor more info please call (phone number removed)
