Senior Fire Engineer x 2nnRemote | UK Projects | Circa £85,000 | 2 PositionsnnWe are recruiting two Senior Fire Engineers to join a highly respected specialist consultancy delivering fire engineering and building safety services across a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.nnThe organisation is widely recognised within the industry and has received multiple sector awards for technical excellence and its contribution to improving building safety standards.nThis is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects while helping clients deliver safe, compliant buildings that protect people and property.nnThe Role You will provide expert fire engineering consultancy across multiple projects, producing fire strategy reports and advising clients on fire safety design and regulatory compliance.nnThe role combines technical delivery with site engagement and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with developers, architects, contractors and building control professionals.nnKey Responsibilitiesn• Produce fire strategy reports for new and existing buildingsn• Develop fire safety management plans and technical advicen• Identify fire risks and recommend mitigation strategiesn• Advise on fire safety systems, escape strategies and building designn• Conduct site inspections and support project deliveryn• Liaise with architects, developers and regulatory bodiesn• Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and standardsnThese responsibilities reflect the consultancy nature of the role and the technical scope of fire engineering services delivered across projects. HRF-14 – Senior Fire EngineernnRequirementsnnDegree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety (BEng, BSc or MSc)n• Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE)n• Around 3+ years’ experience in a fire engineering consultancy environmentn• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and guidancen• Excellent technical report writing and client communication skillsnnThis role would suit an experienced fire engineer looking to join a consultancy where technical expertise is valued and where you can play a key role in delivering safer buildings across the UK
