Job Description
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Child Protection Team for Hackney Council. n n Duties and Responsibilities: n * Manage a complex caseload of children subject to Child Protection Plans, Child in Need Plans, and care proceedings. n * Undertake Section 47 enquiries and ongoing safeguarding assessments in line with statutory requirements.
n * Develop and implement robust child protection plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. n * Work directly with children and families, building effective professional relationships to support positive outcomes. n * Prepare high-quality reports for Child Protection Conferences and Court proceedings.
n * Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, ensuring coordinated safeguarding interventions. n * Maintain accurate, analytical, and up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory requirements. n * Apply a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures.
