SENCo – Long-Term Role | South Birmingham (Bartley Green)nn£200-£300 per day (DOE)nFull-time | Immediate / Easter startnnA secondary school in South Birmingham is looking for an experienced SENCo to take full responsibility for SEND provision on a long-term basis.nnThis is a high-demand role in a school where SEND needs are significant. You will need to be confident leading from the front, managing EHCP processes, and working closely with SLT, staff, and external agencies.nnThe Role:nLead and manage SEND provision across the schoolnOversee EHCPs, annual reviews, and interventionsnWork closely with SLT and teaching staff to improve outcomesnSupport behaviour strategies for students with additional needsnnThe Ideal Candidate:nQualified Teacher with SENCo experience (or aspiring SENCo with strong background)nConfident managing a high caseload of SEND studentsnStrong understanding of EHCP processes and statutory requirementsnResilient, organised, and able to lead in a demanding environmentnnWhat's on Offer:n£200-£300 per day depending on experiencenFull-time, long-term stabilitynOpportunity to step into (or continue in) a leadership rolenImmediate start availablennThis role is not suited to someone looking for a light workload.
