Job: Graduate Learning Support nnType: Long term contract, with permanent options availablennHours: Full Time – School HoursnnThe Role:nnPermanent vacancies across both special needs schools and mainstream SEN provisions.nRoles across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Post 16 age groups.nSupporting children with varying learning needs such as Autism, Asperger's, Down Syndrome and other learning/social requirements.nWorking on a 1:1 with specific children, helping them access their individualised education.nSupporting children in crisis and demonstrating appropriate behaviour management for those learners displaying challenging behaviour. nnThe Ideal Applicant:nnGraduates! – If you have just finished your degree and looking for your first full time role within the education sector, either within a mainstream school or a special needs school/setting!nIdeal for anyone recently graduated from an Education, Family Support, Criminology, Coaching, Psychology or Child Care based degree!nCommitted, enthusiastic and passionate about providing all learners they work with a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.nKeen to learn!
