With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliability, the business delivers large-scale EICR programmes and remedial works while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.nnRole OverviewnnThe EICR Electrician will be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within domestic social housing properties, along with associated remedial works. This role involves travelling across the region, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * nn Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within domestic social housing propertiesnn * nn Complete associated remedial works following inspection findingsnn * nn Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and standardsnn * nn Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and professionalism on all sitesnn * nn Travel across designated areas to complete scheduled worksnn * nn Accurately report findings and completed work as requirednnRequirementsnn * nn Fully qualified Electriciannn * nn 18th Edition Wiring Regulationsnn * nn NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installationnn * nn 2391 Testing and Inspection qualificationnn * nn Proven experience carrying out EICRs within domestic social housingnn * nn Experience completing remedial worksnn * nn Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)nnWhat’s on Offernn * nn Salary of £45,000 per annumnn * nn Company van providednn * nn Pension schemenn * nn 23 days holidaynn * nn Full-time, permanent position
