Fire Risk AssessornnA well-established, medium-sized Fire Consultancy, is looking to appoint a Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing Fire Safety team.nnThis Fire Risk Assessor will join a respected consultancy delivering Fire Risk Assessments, fire strategy advice, and compliance services across a diverse portfolio including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.nnThe successful Fire Risk Assessor will benefit from joining a collaborative team of experienced consultants, working on technically interesting projects while receiving structured support and clear progression.nnThe Fire Risk Assessor RolennThe Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for delivering high-quality Fire Risk Assessments across a varied client base, including housing associations, local authorities, and private sector clients.nnThis Fire Risk Assessor will carry out Type 1-3 Fire Risk Assessments, with exposure to more complex projects as experience develops.nnThe Fire Risk Assessor will also liaise directly with clients, providing clear, practical recommendations and ensuring full compliance with current fire safety legislation.nnThe Fire Risk Assessor will manage their own diary, covering projects across the Midlands and occasionally into the North, with flexibility around home working.nnThe Fire Risk AssessornnMinimum Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent)nExperience delivering Fire Risk Assessments independentlynStrong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and guidancenExcellent report writing and client-facing skillsnFull UK driving licenceIn Returnnn£45,000 – £60,000 (depending about experience)nCar allowance or company vehiclenBonus schemenPensionnOngoing CPD and support towards higher qualificationsnClear progression pathway into Senior/Principal rolesnFlexible / hybrid workingIf you are a fire Professional looking for new opportunities then please contact Lauren Banks at Brandon James on (phone number removed)
