These services operate on a 24-hour basis, requiring a professional, reliable, and compassionate workforce.nnEssential Experience: Care & Support Work: 6 Months in the UKnnThe role involves providing day to day support with daily living tasks, activities and making full use of community opportunities. As part of the care and support team you will assist in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to those living within the service.nnCandidate RequirementsnApplicants should meet the following criteria:nn * A minimum of six months’ experience in care and support work within the UKnn * Demonstrable experience supporting adults with learning disabilitiesnn * A genuine commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of vulnerable individualsnn * A flexible approach to working hours and shift patternsnnRole ResponsibilitiesnSuccessful candidates will contribute to a structured care environment by:nn * Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and financial tasksnn * Facilitating access to community-based activities and servicesnn * Encouraging participation in social and recreational pursuits such as arts, music, and group eventsnn * Promoting independence while ensuring safety and wellbeingnn * Maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environmentnnWorking PatternsnFlexible scheduling is available, allowing candidates to manage their own availability.
