Project Manager – M&E biasnnProject Manager required for £20mil refurbishment project on a large estate in the Windsor area.nnThis position will focus on the M&E side of the project and the wider estate across multiple buildings. It would be beneficial if applicants are M&E focused along with having general construction and refurb project experience.nnIf you are a M&E focused Project Manager who has previously managed £10m+ refurbishment projects, managed projects within live environments and completed hotel projects previously, this will be of interest to you.nnKey Requirements:nn * Proven experience delivering largescale refurbishment projects (£10m+)nn * Strong track record managing contractors, programme, and budgetnn * Experience working in live environmentsnn * Confident, handson site-based PMnn * Familiarity with MS Project or similarnn * Listed building experience (beneficial but not essential)nn * Relevant tickets / certificationnnLong term freelance position 15 months plus, due to start in JunennDay rate will depend on experience but will be circa £330 to £350 a daynnIf interested, please apply with an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.nnThere is also a 2nd PM role for the same project which will focus more on (non M&E) the main refurbishment of a listed building, main hotel and bedrooms
