Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor urgently seek a Construction Manager who can work NIGHTS in Birmingham.nnThis role is to work NIGHTS. From 7pm – 5am within a hospital type environment. The role is to manage and supervise the stripout and refit of fire protection and prevention within the M&E of a live in use site.nnDue to the Site being live and busy during the daytime it is required to work NIGHTS.
Previous hospital experience, prison experience or any secure environment which is in use day and night will be required.nnThis will require specialist M&E experience, managing fire protection and prevention on major m&e packages which will equate to £150m over 5 years (£30m package value per annum)nnThe successful candidate can expect a rewarding career with a Tier 1 Main Contractor that can gurantee longevity of work, a full pipeline of projects, pay increases, progression in your career and be treated well.nnApply with CV
