Our client, a well-established and growing fire safety consultancy, is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a competent assessor currently operating at Tier 2 / Intermediate level on the Fire Risk Assessor Register who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and highly professional environment.nnWorking remotely from home, you will carry out Fire Risk Assessments across a diverse portfolio of properties nationwide, including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and mixed-use premises.nnThis role also offers structured development and training to progress into completing Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments, making it an ideal opportunity for someone keen to advance technically.nnKey Responsibilities:nnConduct Fire Risk Assessments in line with current legislation and industry standardsnAssess a broad range of property types across the UKnProduce clear, accurate, and professional reports with practical recommendationsnLiaise with clients, duty holders, and stakeholders regarding findings and remedial actionsnManage your own diary and travel schedule effectivelynMaintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation, standards, and best practicennRequirements:nnTier 2 / Intermediate level on the Fire Risk Assessor Register (or equivalent competency level)nProven experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments independentlynStrong report writing and communication skillsnGood working knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidancenFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwidenSelf-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervisionnnDesirable:nnExperience across varied property sectorsnInterest in progressing to Type 4 Fire Risk AssessmentsnAdditional fire safety qualifications or membershipsnnWhat’s on Offer:nn£50,000 – £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience)nFull remote / home-based rolenNationwide project exposurenOngoing training and career development, including Type 4 FRA progressionnSupportive and forward-thinking employernFlexible working environmentnnSuitable Fire Risk Assessors please apply direct or call James on (phone number removed) for more information.nnKey words include:n(Fire, Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessor, Fire Risk Assessing, Fire Safety Management, IFE, IFSM)
