You might be:n * Supporting a child or young person at the park or on a community outingn * Assisting with swimming, soft play, or other fun activitiesn * Providing support at school to help with learning and engagementn * Helping with daily routines, personal care, and mealtimesn * Supporting mobility and independencen * Preparing meals or helping with light household tasks to ease pressure on familiesnSome of the children and young adults we support have specialist or complex needs. This may include delivering care such as PEG feeding, administering medication, or using mobility or medical equipment. You will receive full, paid training to carry out any specialist tasks safely and confidently.nYou will follow individual care plans and risk assessments, work closely with families and professionals, and always prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing.nWe are looking for people who:nExperience in care is welcomed — particularly supporting children or young adults with complex needs — but it is not essential.nWhat matters most to us is who you are.n * Are kind, patient and naturally empatheticn * Genuinely enjoy working with children and young adultsn * Communicate clearly and work well as part of a teamn * Are reliable and emotionally awaren * Want to make a meaningful differencen * Are willing to learn and develop new skillsnWe place great value on the caring and sensitive qualities that cannot be taught.
