This key operational role supports production and warehouse teams, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth goods-in processes, and efficient day-to-day operations.nnAs the Inventory Administrator, you will work in a fast-paced environment and play a vital role in maintaining inventory systems, coordinating with suppliers and off-site storage, and ensuring materials are available to meet production demands.nnKey Responsibilities for the Inventory Administrator:nn * Manage goods-in processes, including receiving, checking and recording deliveriesnn * Track and record stock movements between storage and productionnn * Generate daily stock picks for production requirementsnn * Update inventory systems/WMS accuratelynn * Label, store and organise stock in the correct locationsnn * Complete daily operational documentation and KPI trackingnn * Monitor stock levels across on-site and off-site locationsnn * Liaise with suppliers and storage facilities for stock movements and collectionsnn * Process delivery notes and maintain accurate recordsnn * Support stock accuracy through regular checks and reportingnn * Conduct stock counts and support full stock takesnn * Process internal stock requests and sales ordersnn * Compile waste reports and track consumables usagenn * Investigate and resolve stock discrepanciesnn * Maintain and update SKU and location data within systemsnnRequirements for the Inventory Administrator:nn * Previous experience in inventory, warehouse or operations administration is essentialnn * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailnn * Experience using inventory systems or WMSnn * Confident with data entry and basic reportingnn * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentnn * Strong communication skillsnn * Proactive and team-oriented approachnn * Flexible and willing to support the wider team when requirednn * Experience within manufacturing or food production environments is desirablenn * Exposure to stock control processes and supply chain operations is desirablennIf you are a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and experience in inventory or warehouse administration, we would love to hear from you
