Ashberry Recruitment are currently looking for a full time Project Worker.nnAs a Project Worker, you will be providing support to clients within the service.nnSome of your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:nn- Working as part of a small teamnn- Carrying out client needs and risk assessment for all referralsnn- Supporting tenants through individual resettlement support plansnn- To ensure clients comply with their tenancy agreementnn- Supporting clients with welfare rights, budgeting, employment, education and trainingnn- Liaising with all relevant housing agencies to find suitable move on accommodation for tenantsnn- Develop links with the local communitynn- Ensure communication systems are accurately maintained and up-to-datenn- Maintenance of the Health and Safety incident and accident recordsnn- To be aware of and work within agreed organisation policies and proceduresnnRequirements for the role:nn- Enhanced DBS Checknn- Must have a proven track record of providing information, advice and guidance to clientsnn- Knowledge and understanding of basic IT suitable for an office environmentnn- Knowledge of basic housing management tasks, i.e. rent collection, tenancy agreements and arrears management.nnCandidates available for an immediate start will be given priority
