Job Title: Maintenance ElectriciannLocation: Manchester (Mobile role)nSalary: £45,000 per annum + packagennOverview:nnWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management company operating across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, working across a portfolio of commercial properties delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services.nnKey Responsibilities:nn * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sitesnn * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical systems and equipmentnn * Maintain lighting systems, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systemsnn * Ensure all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and safety standardsnn * Complete job reports and maintain accurate recordsnn * Liaise with clients on-site and provide a high level of customer servicenn * Support with general building services maintenance where requirednn * Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rotannRequirements:nn * Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)nn * 18th Edition (essential)nn * Proven experience within Facilities Management / commercial maintenancenn * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsnn * Full UK driving licence (essential)nn * Basic air conditioning knowledge (preferred)nnPackage & Benefits:nn * Salary up to £45,000nn * Door-to-door travel paidnn * Company van & fuel cardnn * Overtime available (optional)nn * On-call rota (1 in 4)nn * Pension schemenn * Annual leave + bank holidaysnn * Ongoing training and developmentnnAbout the Role:nnThis is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing FM business with a strong portfolio of commercial contracts.
