Social Worker | Public Sector (Adults & Children)nnWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Social Workers to join our public sector team, supporting both adults and children to achieve positive outcomes and improved wellbeing.nnIn this role, you will manage a varied caseload across adult and children’s services, undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard and support vulnerable individuals and families. You will play a key role in promoting independence, protecting those at risk, and ensuring services are delivered in line with statutory responsibilities and best practice.nnThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound professional judgement, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations with empathy and resilience.
