BDS Recruitment are looking for a Supported Housing Advisor to support a small caseload of tenants across Sunderland within temporary accommodation. This role focuses on tenancy support, property management, and helping vulnerable residents maintain safe and stable accommodation.nnKey Dutiesnn * Support tenants with tenancy management and benefit queriesnn * Complete tenancy sign‑ups and explain rights/responsibilitiesnn * Maximise rent collection and follow arrears proceduresnn * Signpost to external support servicesnn * General housing management tasks as requirednnRequirementsnn * Experience in housing, supported housing, or tenancy supportnn * Experience with vulnerable adultsnn * Enhanced DBS (within 12 months or on Update Service)nn * Full UK driving licence + own vehiclennPay & Hoursnn * £14.06 PAYE / £18.56 Umbrellann * Monday–Friday, 9am–5pmnn * Ongoing temporary role
